Job Summary

A company is looking for a Represented Litigation Bodily Injury Adjuster (TN, MS, KY) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate automobile accidents involving property damage and bodily injury with attorney/litigation involvement
• Assess coverage, liability, and damages while providing exceptional customer service
• Engage in negotiation processes to reach fair injury settlements with all parties involved

Required Qualifications

• Experience in claims handling or a related field
• Knowledge of automobile accident investigation processes
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques in settlement processes
• Must reside in one of the specified states (TN, MS, KY)
