Job Summary
To support a growing litigation team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Litigation Attorney will manage a docket of personal injury cases from filing through resolution, develop litigation strategies, and collaborate with pre-litigation attorneys and paralegals to ensure effective case handling in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an assigned docket of Tennessee personal injury litigation matters from filing through trial or settlement
- Develop and execute litigation strategy on each file, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and mediation/trial prep
- Evaluate case value and negotiate settlements while ensuring compliance with Tennessee laws and regulations
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Active admission to the Tennessee Bar
- 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
- Knowledge of Tennessee laws, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to manage a robust case load independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
