Tennessee Licensed Litigation Paralegal

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Tennessee Licensed Litigation Paralegal, the candidate will support the firm's Tennessee caseload by drafting legal documents, managing discovery processes, and assisting in trial preparation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and file complaints, initial discovery, and standard motions
• Manage service of process and monitor litigation timelines
• Conduct client update calls and assist in trial preparation

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of litigation experience in personal injury law
• Verified litigation experience in Tennessee and at least one additional state (Texas, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Arizona, or California)
• Familiarity with Tennessee Circuit and Chancery Court procedures and e-filing
• Proficient in drafting discovery responses and managing deposition schedules
• Strong customer service skills and fast typing ability preferred
