Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to support its operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation
• Ensure compliance with mortgage-related regulations and prepare necessary disclosures

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass software
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and mortgage lending regulations
• Knowledge of DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
