Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor in the Central Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities

• Process residential mortgage loans in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
• Obtain and review loan documentation, submitting complete packages to Underwriting
• Manage a pipeline of loans, ensuring timely and compliant processing

Required Qualifications

• 4-5 years of loan processing experience, preferably in retail
• Experience with Conventional and Government (FHA/VA) loans
• Able to handle a pipeline of 35+ loans and fund at least 20 loans per month
• Familiarity with Byte preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
