Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Processor to provide quality customer service by managing loan documentation and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation
• Communicate with customers and various companies to obtain necessary documentation and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass and knowledge of RESPA regulations
• Familiarity with DU, LP, Microsoft Office, and Windows
• Excellent math and analytical skills
