Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time hourly Tennessee Licensed Locate Request Agent will facilitate safe excavation by processing locate requests, answering calls from excavators and utility members, and utilizing mapping software to verify dig site locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls professionally from excavators, utility members, and the public
• Gather necessary details to complete locate requests and notify appropriate member utilities
• Accurately collect and input information regarding excavation sites using the company's ticket processing system

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or call center environment is a plus
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Proficient data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to read and interpret maps for accurate excavation site identification
• Strong problem-solving abilities and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment
