Job Summary
Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Mechanical Engineer, the full-time remote position will manage and supervise projects related to large utility generation/distribution systems and industrial process facilities, while also engaging in business development and project management activities.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and supervise mechanical engineering staff to ensure project schedules and budgets are met
- Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFD) and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) for industrial projects
- Engage in business development efforts to maintain and grow the client base
Required qualifications
- B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from an ABET accredited school
- 8-10+ years of relevant experience in mechanical engineering
- Project Management experience is essential
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of engineering theories, methodologies, and applicable codes
