Tennessee Licensed Medical Case Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Case Manager to manage members with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support utilization management functions for complex cases
• Serve as a liaison between members, providers, and customers for health care delivery
• Oversee complex cases to ensure effective implementation of interventions and benefit utilization

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or participating Nurse Licensure Compact state
• 3 years of clinical experience required
• 5 years of experience in the health care industry
• 2 years of experience in intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) required
• Certified Case Manager (CCM) credential required within 2 years of hire; Certification in Developmental Disabilities Nursing (CDDN) required at hire or within 3 years
