Tennessee Licensed Medicare Sales Representative

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Tennessee Licensed Medicare Sales Representative (bilingual in English and Spanish) to work full-time remotely, who will assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in Medicare plans, manage inbound and outbound calls, and maintain a strong sales pipeline while exceeding performance goals.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans
• Conduct plan reviews and guide enrollment while educating clients on Medicare eligibility and options
• Prospect new leads, manage calls, and drive sales to meet and exceed sales goals

Required qualifications:

• Active Health & Life license in Tennessee; California license is a plus
• Current AHIP certificate required before starting
• Bilingual in Spanish
• 3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Associate's degree in Business or a related field
