Tennessee Licensed Medicare Sales Representative

Job Summary

To support a growing team in Brentwood, Tennessee, the full-time Licensed Medicare Sales Representative (Bilingual English/Spanish) will assist clients in evaluating and enrolling in Medicare plans, manage inbound and outbound calls, and maintain a sales pipeline while exceeding performance goals.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and recommend Medicare Advantage and Supplement plans
• Conduct plan reviews, guide enrollment, and educate clients on Medicare eligibility and options
• Prospect new leads, handle inbound/outbound calls, and drive sales

Required qualifications

• Active Health & Life license in Tennessee; California license is a plus
• Current AHIP certificate required before starting
• Bilingual in Spanish
• 3+ years of inbound/outbound sales experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Associate's degree in Business or a related field
