Job Summary
To support a growing behavioral health team, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Professional will perform diagnostic assessments, implement psychotherapeutic interventions, and develop treatment plans while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provides initial assessments and develops care plans in accordance with state and federal guidelines
- Facilitates transitions to appropriate levels of care through various communication methods
- Actively participates in process improvement initiatives and collaborates with treatment teams
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- Two years of relevant work experience
- Current Tennessee licensure as a Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor
- Demonstrated expertise in crisis intervention and clinical counseling
- Experience in patient assessment and documentation practices
