Job Summary

Seeking a Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Therapist, this fully remote 1099 position offers flexible scheduling to provide virtual therapy to college students, focusing on evidence-based interventions and collaborative care.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality virtual therapy using evidence-based interventions such as CBT, DBT, and MI
• Maintain accurate records of clinical interactions to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborate with campus treatment providers and administrative support to enhance student care

Required qualifications:

• Active independent clinical licensure (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LMHC) in Tennessee
• Experience conducting biopsychosocial intakes and diagnostic assessments
• Adequate technology setup including a laptop/desktop with video capabilities and stable internet
• Ability to treat a diverse student population with respect and understanding
• Skills in managing escalating risk scenarios effectively
