Job Summary

To support a mission-driven team transforming senior mental health care, the part-time Tennessee Licensed Mental Health Therapist will provide high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a fully remote setting, while designing personalized treatment plans and managing electronic documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual environment
• Design personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs
• Participate in regular team meetings and ongoing training to ensure best practices

Required qualifications

• A completed master's or doctoral degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
• An active clinical license (LCSW, LCSW-C, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, CP)
• Experience working with the geriatric population
• Comfort with technology and experience providing teletherapy is a plus
