Required Qualifications

Doctor of Medicine or Osteopathy with residency training in Diagnostic Radiology
Board certified/eligible by the American Board of Radiology or the American Osteopathic Board of Radiology
Licensed or eligible for licensure in the states of Tennessee and Kentucky
