Job Summary

Leading a regional sales team, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed NeuroPsych Manager will recruit and develop talent, drive sales strategies for neurological and psychiatric markets, and manage performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team to exceed sales goals
• Drive the implementation of targeted sales strategies and analyze market trends
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare professionals

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 8+ years of sales experience in biotech/pharmaceuticals, including 3+ years in sales management, or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience, or a PhD with 4+ years of experience
• Proven sales performance with a track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
• Strong understanding of the healthcare regulatory environment
• Experience in launching products in complex, competitive markets
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
