Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Healthcare Affordability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support the implementation of affordability initiatives across all lines of business
• Provide detailed reporting to senior leadership on the progress and value of affordability initiatives against identified targets
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within clinical operations

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active license in the state of Tennessee or a participating state
• 7 years of experience in Healthcare Clinical Operations, preferably in the health insurance industry
• 3 years of leadership/managerial experience required
• Familiarity with healthcare affordability initiatives and best practices
• Proven ability to drive medical cost savings initiatives
