Tennessee Licensed Nurse Practitioner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner to perform in-home health assessments on Medicare Advantage Members in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage members within designated counties
• Manage a flexible schedule, working part-time or full-time as needed
• Complete assessments ranging from 45-90 minutes, with hours of operation from 8am to 8pm, including weekends if preferred

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active, unencumbered NP license and national certification (ANCC or AANP)
• All board certifications accepted except PMHNP or WMNP
• Experience in gerontology, cardiology, internal medicine, or endocrinology is a plus
• Home health care or home visit experience is a plus
