Job Summary

A company is looking for a Nurse Practitioner, Oncology Navigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and manage members with urgent symptoms or complications via telemedicine
• Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with onboarding RNs and oversee interdisciplinary case conferences
• Provide clinical oversight to the case management team and ensure follow-up with relevant clinicians

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• At least 3 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, including 2 years in adult oncology
• Minimum of 1 year of telehealth experience
• Unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license with willingness to obtain additional state licenses
• Experience in a startup or technology-focused environment is preferred
• Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing and electronic health records
