Job Summary

To deliver exceptional sleep care, the full-time salaried Tennessee Licensed Nurse Practitioner will screen, diagnose, and treat patients with sleep issues, working remotely as a vital member of the clinical team.

Key responsibilities

Providing comprehensive sleep medicine care via telemedicine
Thoroughly documenting patient interactions using a customized EHR
Facilitating referrals to other healthcare professionals and medical facilities

Required qualifications

A Master's or Doctoral degree in nursing from an accredited college or university
A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in sleep or sleep medicine is required for candidates starting within one month
Active CA and TN APRN licenses, with additional state licenses being a plus
Active CA Furnishing license and TN prescriptive authority for non-controlled substances/devices
