Job Summary

Providing essential clinical care, the contract Tennessee Licensed Nurse Practitioner will conduct psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adolescents through virtual appointments while emphasizing evidence-based treatment and culturally-responsive care.

Key responsibilities:
  • Practice comprehensive mental health medication management via intake and follow-up appointments
  • Conduct mental health risk assessments and construct patient-centered treatment plans
  • Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications while ensuring adherence to clinical best practices
Required qualifications:
  • Graduate from an accredited Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner program or accredited PA program with relevant certification
  • Unrestricted state license in Tennessee
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical practice experience
  • Active DEA license preferred for NPs and PA-Cs
  • Experience or certification in treating minors is preferred
