Job Summary
To support a growing oncology practice, the remote or hybrid Tennessee Licensed Oncology Nurse Practitioner will evaluate and manage members with urgent symptoms via telemedicine, develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with care teams, and oversee interdisciplinary case conferences for individualized patient care.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and manage members with urgent symptoms and complications related to their treatment using a telemedicine platform
- Develop comprehensive care plans addressing clinical and non-clinical needs in collaboration with onboarding RNs and care teams
- Oversee interdisciplinary case conferences to create and monitor individualized care plans for members
Required qualifications
- Tennessee Licensed Oncology Nurse Practitioner with at least 3 years of NP experience, including 2 years in adult oncology and 1 year of telehealth experience
- Unrestricted Advanced Practice license and compact RN license, with a willingness to obtain additional state licenses
- Experience working in a startup or tech-forward environment is preferred
- Proficiency in using technology, including video conferencing and electronic health records
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize member needs effectively in a fast-paced environment
