Job Summary
Supporting the reliable operation and maintenance of facilities, the full-time Senior Operating Engineer, Tennessee Licensed Operating Engineer, will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot systems, and optimize building operations while working remotely from Nashville, TN.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on HVAC systems and related mechanical equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building automation system issues
- Utilize CMMS technology to manage work orders and document maintenance activities
Required qualifications:
- Valid state driver's license maintained throughout employment
