Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tennessee Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create and implement treatment plans, ensuring ongoing documentation
• Provide customer service to clients and collaborate with a team to address community needs
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time clinicians

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, etc.)
• Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
• Fully licensed clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
