Tennessee Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tennessee Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans while completing ongoing documentation
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team to enhance community mental health access
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week and coordinate services with various stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, etc.)
• Experience with Diagnostic Assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
• Fully Licensed Clinicians should ideally be credentialed with insurance panels
