Tennessee Licensed Outpatient Therapist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tennessee Licensed Outpatient Mental Health Therapist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation according to company policy
• Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a team to address community mental health needs
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week for full-time status clinicians

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited institution
• Clinical licensure in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, etc.)
• Experience with completing Diagnostic Assessments and treatment plans
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems
• Comfort working with a diverse client base
