Job Summary

Working remotely from Tennessee, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Paralegal Specialist will manage litigation files, draft pleadings, and support trial preparation for high-impact insurance defense matters, collaborating closely with attorneys and gaining hands-on training in a dynamic legal environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
• Draft and file pleadings, support discovery, and prepare motions for attorney review
• Order and track medical records, coordinate vendor engagement with medical experts

Required qualifications

• Must meet all applicable paralegal certification, registration, or licensure requirements in Tennessee
• Experience supporting litigation involving bodily injury and/or third-party claims preferred
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, and court filings
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
