Tennessee Licensed Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary

Joining a collaborative team, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Paralegal Specialist will manage litigation files, draft pleadings, and support trial preparation in high-impact insurance defense cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from inception through resolution, including trial preparation
• Draft and file pleadings, support discovery, and prepare motions for attorney review
• Order and track medical records, coordinate IMRs, and prepare arbitration and trial materials

Required Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable paralegal certification, registration, or licensure requirements in Tennessee
• Experience supporting litigation involving bodily injury and/or third-party claims preferred
• Strong understanding of legal procedures, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and court filings
• Experience managing high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
