Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Enrollment Specialist in Tennessee (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound and inbound calls to educate patients on clinical programs and successfully enroll them
• Schedule patient appointments and ensure smooth transitions between enrollment and clinical operations
• Document patient interactions accurately and ensure compliance with relevant standards

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare or patient-facing environment
• At least 2 years of medical billing experience with knowledge of healthcare workflows
• 3 or more years of experience in a physician office or medical clinic setting
• Must have a Medical Assistant License
• Prior sales or enrollment experience in healthcare or related industries is preferred
