Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Litigation Personal Injury Attorney with 5-10 years of experience in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess clients' Personal Injury claims to determine validity and potential value
• Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, preparing and filing legal documents, and advocating for them
• Develop and implement legal strategies, conduct research, and negotiate with insurance companies for favorable settlements

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active admission to the Tennessee Bar
• 5-10 years of experience in Personal Injury law
• Knowledge of Louisiana laws, regulations, and procedures required
• Must be located in or near the state of Tennessee
