Job Summary
To support a growing personal injury practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Personal Injury Paralegal will assist attorneys in reviewing client claims, drafting legal documents, and managing case files while ensuring effective communication with clients and maintaining compliance with legal standards.
Key responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in reviewing and summarizing personal injury claims and related documentation
- Draft pleadings, motions, and correspondence, and manage filings and deadlines
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing updates and maintaining communication throughout the case lifecycle
Required qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in pre-litigation and litigated personal injury matters in Tennessee
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience reviewing and summarizing medical records
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently while collaborating with a team
