Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacist, Remote - PRN.

Key Responsibilities

• Verify physician orders for medications and address automated alerts using pharmacy information systems
• Enter and validate medication orders in the client facility pharmacy information system
• Comply with State Board of Pharmacy regulations and assist with training new team members

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• Active TN Pharmacist License required
• May require vendor credentialing
