Job Summary

A company is looking for a Hybrid Pharmacist - Retail/Remote in Tennessee.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform pharmacist tasks including compounding, drug therapy reviews, verification, and medication management
• Enhance patient experience through healthcare services, patient consultations, and resolving customer queries
• Conduct centralized support for patient registration and issue resolution while maintaining relationships with medical providers

Required Qualifications

• BS in Pharmacy or Pharmacist Degree from an accredited educational institution
• Current Pharmacist license as granted by the appropriate state licensing authority
• Experience in prescription dispensing activities and knowledge of state and federal controlled substance laws
• Certified Immunizer or willing to become one within 90 days of hire
• Ability to work effectively in various work environments including Centralized Services and Retail Pharmacy
