Job Summary

To support patient onboarding processes, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Pharmacy Tech Manager will coordinate activities among patients, caregivers, pharmacies, and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience from qualification through successful program activation, all while working remotely from Nashville, TN.

Key responsibilities
  • Own the patient experience from qualification through successful activation and program start, maintaining engagement throughout onboarding and pharmacy processing
  • Coordinate timelines and expectations across multiple pharmacies, addressing any barriers to patient activation
  • Monitor key patient start metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, patient onboarding, care coordination, or healthcare operations
  • Pharmacy Technician experience or equivalent pharmacy operations experience required
  • PTCB certification
  • Experience with CRM, healthcare operations, or workflow management systems is considered an asset
  • Strong organizational and workflow management skills
