Job Summary
A company is looking for an Outreach Pharmacy Specialist to join their Senior Care Outreach team.
Key Responsibilities
- Review, update, maintain, and monitor pharmacy information for customers
- Conduct outbound educational calls regarding medication adherence to members and healthcare providers
- Motivate members to refill prescriptions and coordinate communication with providers and pharmacies
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy
- 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology
- 1 year of technical or operational experience
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required
