Job Summary

Tennessee Licensed Pharmacy Technician, responsible for processing prescriptions and maintaining patient medication profiles in a full-time remote role, while providing exceptional customer service and support to hospice partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Process new prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations accurately
• Respond to high-volume inbound calls and triage service inquiries
• Utilize pharmacy systems to manage workflows and document activities

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience
• CPhT or EXCPT certification required
• Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Familiarity with pharmacy systems and patient records
