Tennessee Licensed Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary

To support hospice pharmacy operations, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Pharmacy Technician will process prescriptions, maintain patient medication profiles, and respond to inbound calls from healthcare partners in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Process new prescriptions, refills, and discontinuations accurately
• Maintain complete and compliant patient medication profiles
• Respond to high-volume inbound calls and triage service inquiries

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of recent pharmacy technician experience
• CPhT or EXCPT certification
• Experience working with pharmacy systems or patient records
• Customer service experience in a healthcare setting preferred
