Job Summary
To support health initiatives, the full-time remote Outreach Pharmacy Specialist will guide members through their pharmacy benefits, conduct educational outreach, and motivate compliance with medication refills while working independently and collaboratively.
Key responsibilities
- Reviewing and maintaining pharmacy information for internal and external customers
- Conducting outbound calls to educate members on medication adherence
- Handling customer service inquiries and coordinating communication with providers and pharmacies
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or customer service environment
- 1 year of experience in a pharmacy setting with knowledge of medical terminology
- Certified Pharmacy Technician (PTCB or NHA) required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
