Job Summary

To support a growing virtual healthcare practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Physical Therapist will perform digital evaluations, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to enhance patient outcomes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing digital physical therapy evaluations and develop comprehensive treatment plans
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress
• Oversee and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure compliance with clinical standards and effective patient treatment

Required qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree and an active, unencumbered PT license in Tennessee
• At least 3 years of experience in orthopedic physical therapy, preferably in digital care or outpatient settings
• Completion of the APTA telehealth certificate course series
• Demonstrated competence in delivering physical therapy techniques via digital platforms
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to create effective therapeutic alliances with patients
