Tennessee Licensed Physician

Job Summary

To support a growing virtual health assessment team, a part-time Tennessee Licensed Physician will provide medical care via phone and messaging, supervise Advanced Practice Providers, and collaborate with healthcare staff in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide direct oversight and supervision of nurse practitioners and physician assistants in accordance with state regulations
• Deliver virtual medical care aligned with Oscar Medical Group guidelines through various communication platforms
• Collaborate with medical assistants, registered nurses, and other providers across service lines

Required qualifications:

• Board-certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Fluent in Spanish
• Must be licensed for full practice in Tennessee and at least two other specified states
• 3+ years of experience in an outpatient family or internal medicine practice
