Tennessee Licensed Population Health Consultant

Job Summary

Designing and delivering custom wellbeing solutions driven by population health data, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Population Health Consultant will manage vendor relationships, oversee wellness program implementations, and analyze health data for clients in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage data analytics and population health vendor relationships, including account setup and performance monitoring
• Design and implement wellness strategies for clients, coordinating with Account Managers and reporting results
• Analyze and integrate tailored wellness solutions to drive sustainable change and improve client outcomes

Required qualifications

• Advanced degree in business or a health-related field with 5-10+ years of relevant experience
• Current, unrestricted RN license; BSN preferred
• Experience in health promotion, including preventive and chronic disease management
• Strong knowledge of healthcare data, including medical claims and clinical data
• Solid understanding of employee benefits and corporate environments
