Tennessee Licensed Practice Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing practice, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Practice Manager will provide operational and financial support by monitoring performance metrics, coordinating physician onboarding and compliance, and managing financial reporting in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor key performance metrics, productivity, and budgets to support practice leadership
• Coordinate physician onboarding, licensing, credentialing, and ongoing compliance initiatives
• Manage accounts payable, expense approvals, and financial reporting to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred with 5+ years of healthcare administration or management experience
• 2+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience with proficiency in Excel and analytics tools
• Experience collaborating with physicians and healthcare leadership on operational and financial initiatives
• Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
