Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Approval Specialist to manage the loan process and assist borrowers in understanding financial programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by assisting clients with loan programs and documentation
• Review and audit financial documentation to ensure loan stability and compliance
• Manage a pipeline of various loan types and assist in structuring loans based on borrower needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of residential mortgage processing experience
• Experience with Encompass LOS is preferred
• Knowledge of RESPA guidelines and mortgage regulations
• Prior underwriting or processing experience is a plus
