Job Summary
To ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and environmental standards, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Product Compliance Manager will oversee product onboarding activities, manage a team, and execute compliance strategies while collaborating with various departments in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day product compliance activities, including raw material changes and onboarding processes
- Oversee the creation, review, and approval of safety data sheets (SDS) and product labels, ensuring compliance with regulations
- Train and mentor team members on regulatory requirements and compliance best practices while facilitating performance goals
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of people management experience
- At least 5 years of regulatory compliance experience, preferably in chemical or oil manufacturing
- Experience with Hazard Communication, GHS, and SDS authoring is highly preferred
- Certification in Regulatory Affairs, CHMM, or equivalent preferred
