Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Product Documentation Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the creation, review, and fulfillment of member and provider communications to ensure accuracy and timely delivery
  • Act as the liaison with key functional groups to maintain communication regarding plan design changes and compliance requirements
  • Ensure all product documents meet regulatory standards and organizational guidelines while identifying opportunities to streamline workflows
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (4 years in a corporate environment)
  • 3 years of marketing and/or communications experience
  • 2 years of project management or account management experience
  • Experience in a member/customer-focused position
  • Preferred experience in the healthcare industry and knowledge of healthcare regulations
