Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Supervisor, Licensing/Foster Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and support to Licensing and Training Specialists, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Oversee workflows, monitor performance, and conduct coaching and supervision of staff
• Collaborate with program leadership and system partners to support foster family recruitment and licensing activities

Required Qualifications

• Valid Tennessee Driver's License
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in social work or a related human services field with relevant experience
• Minimum of one to three years of directly related experience depending on educational background
• Experience in leadership or management roles, including project management or training
• Supervisory experience preferred
