Job Summary

Leading daily operations for the youth residential programs, the hybrid remote Tennessee Licensed Program Supervisor will oversee staff performance, ensure compliance with standards, and act as a liaison with stakeholders while working flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and performance of youth residential programs
• Provide coaching and feedback to direct reports to foster professional development
• Ensure compliance with internal and external standards while addressing any client or stakeholder concerns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in health & human services or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience working with residential youth programs
• Supervisory experience preferred, with exposure to leadership or project management
• Valid Driver's License and ability to meet credentialing standards
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends
