Tennessee Licensed Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing clinical trial projects, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Project Manager will oversee project implementation, supervise staff, and ensure quality deliverables while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Direct supervision of Project Managers and clinical trial projects, ensuring timely and quality service delivery
• Serve as an escalation point for management issues related to clinical trials and oversee the creation of training materials
• Assist in hiring and developing project management staff while analyzing operational data and providing departmental updates

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and three years of related clinical or laboratory experience, with central laboratory experience preferred
• Certification as an ASCP Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician, and PMP certification preferred
• Licensed Medical Laboratory Technologist/Technician in Tennessee preferred
• Experience in customer service and strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and standard query tools
