Job Summary
Responsible for managing clinical trial projects, the full-time Tennessee Licensed Project Manager will oversee project activities, maintain client communications, and ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide ongoing oversight for assigned clinical trial projects, including client communications and budget management
- Lead medium to high complexity global projects, coordinating with co-PMs and regional teams
- Serve as the primary contact for sponsors and CROs, ensuring effective communication and adherence to reporting schedules
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) and two years of central laboratory project management experience, or an Associate's degree with 3+ years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with experience in Salesforce and Microsoft Visio being a plus
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stress effectively
- Experience in customer service and project management within clinical trial settings
- Certification as an ASCP Medical Technologist and/or Registered Nurse is beneficial but not required
