Job Summary
Providing technical and administrative oversight, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Property Damage Manager will lead a team of claim adjusters in adjudicating and settling personal automobile claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees file assignments and workload distribution to ensure team alignment and productivity
- Reviews claim files for accuracy and compliance, providing guidance on coverage analysis and settlement negotiations
- Conducts performance evaluations, staff scheduling, and resolves consumer complaints effectively
Required qualifications
