Job Summary

Providing technical and administrative oversight, the full-time remote Tennessee Licensed Property Damage Manager will lead a team of claim adjusters in adjudicating and settling personal automobile claims while ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Oversees file assignments and workload distribution to ensure team alignment and productivity
• Reviews claim files for accuracy and compliance, providing guidance on coverage analysis and settlement negotiations
• Conducts performance evaluations, staff scheduling, and resolves consumer complaints effectively

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3 years of property damage and liability claim handling experience
• Strong knowledge of claims best practices, processes, and technology
• Proven leadership ability to train and mentor subordinates
